### Frequently Asked Questions
Some of my products are missing when I try to sync
In order for Inventora to communicate with your Square products, each Square product must be in a **Tracked** state.
* [ ] In the Square dashboard, go to **Items**.
* [ ] Select each item to visit the **Edit Item** page*.*
* [ ] Under the **Variations** section, either click on **Edit Variation Details,** or click on each item shown in the list if your item has more than 1 variation.
* [ ] In the **Edit Variation** view, select the **Manage Stock** tab.
* [ ] Confirm that this variation is set to **Tracking**.
* [ ] Save all of your changes and repeat these steps for each product you wish to sync with Inventora.
